Adam was one of the first people I met after moving from Westbury and Clarke HS to O.W. and Wheatley in the summer of '75. The Abeshouse's lived on the next street. I haven't seen him for decades but I'm praying for him. Even then he was a fantastic musician (he got me into Chick Corea, Stanley Clarke, Al DiMeola and a bunch of other great stuff). I'm not surprised that he's had a legendary career. Prayers for my old friend and neighbor.
Adam, If the unspoken recesses of my heart are any judge, you are deeply and widely loved, appreciated, and admired by scores of people worldwide who may have simply forgotten to tell you. I have never lost my deep affection for you despite the many quiet years. Our first area of common ground was music, but I quickly figured out that you are a truly special soul. I have not, and will not, forget what a rare gem of a person you are

All love and affection,
Brian (on behalf of so many more)
So sad to hear about Adam. A talented life cut short leaving a musical legacy.
So sorry
